Traumas can affect us at any stage of life. Without meaning to, people re-live traumatic events even years after they occurred or avoid situations that remind them of those incidents. However, it is possible to feel a whole lot better. Trauma therapy includes learning to manage symptoms, as well as developing healing resources from within, and also may involve safely reprocessing memories.   I also am available to assist clinicians and human services workers at risk for secondary/vicarious trauma.
